Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and shipped after processing is completed.

Delivery times

Delivery to most supported countries and regions typically takes 7–18 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking is provided after dispatch when available.

Shipping rates

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$40 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available. Orders below US$40 can select Standard tracked shipping (US$6.99), Express tracked shipping (US$8.99), or VIP priority shipping (US$12.99), subject to destination availability. Shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
